WE HANDLE RETURNS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR ULTIMATE GOAL. WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS AND WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASES. WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO APPEASE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND EMPATHY.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON, WE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ITEMS THAT ARE IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND ACCOMPANIED BY AN ORIGINAL VON ELIJAH RECEIPT/INVOICE OR GIFT RECEIPT. RETURNED ITEMS MUST NOT BE WASHED, WORN OR ALTERED AND MUS BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S) WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SAME FORM OF PAYMENT IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED. THE CREDIT WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF RETURN PROCESSING.

YOU HAVE ONE OPTION FOR RETURNING/EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE: BY MAIL. ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF ONLINE ORDERS BY MAIL MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE BY MAIL, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package.

Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.

Affix the addressed and return label to your return package.

Mail your return package at any US Postal Service office or FedEx drop-off location, or hand off your package to your US Postal Service mail carrier or Federal Express driver.

 

30 DAY TIME LIMIT ON ALL RETURNS:

WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST TO TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS WHILE TREATING THEM WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT. CUSTOMERS MAY RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

PLEASE ALLOW APPROXIMATELY AN ADDITIONAL 12-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF ALL MONOGRAMMED AND CUSTOMIZED ORDERS. MONOGRAMMED AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING ONLY. RETURNING A GIFT

GIFTS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED BY MAIL WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY THE GIFT RECEIPT OR ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP. TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE BY MAIL, FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITH A GIFT RECEIPT ONLY, YOU WILL RECEIVE A MERCHANDISE CREDIT THAT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A VON ELIJAH E-GIFT CARD (IF YOU RETURN BY MAIL). GIFT CARDS, HOWEVER, CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

International VONELIJAH.com orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. For a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs, please contact Customer Service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Then mail the completed form with your item(s) to Von Elijah.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ALL ALTERED OR CUSTOM-MADE MERCHANDISE WHICH ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. FROM TIME TO TIME WE MAY NOT ACCEPT A RETURN.
